Dr. John Trung Nguyen, D.O., FACS
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Nguyen is a board-certified general surgeon with 15+ years of experience. He earned his D.O. from Kansas City University and completed his surgical residency at Beaumont (MSU affiliate), serving as Co-Chief Resident. He also holds a D.P.M. and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Des Moines University.
Dr. Nguyen has practiced in leading hospitals in Michigan and Oregon. He completed advanced training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering (colorectal/hepatobiliary) and University Medical Center in Las Vegas (trauma/burn).
He has presented at national conferences, co-authored research in colorectal and gallbladder cancer, and participated in surgical missions to Guatemala. He is a Fellow of the ACS, certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, and holds BLS, ACLS, and ATLS credentials. His expertise includes complex surgery, trauma care, and community-focused service.

President
Eric Kreckman, PA-C is a healthcare executive and clinician with 20+ years of leadership and 12 years of clinical experience in general surgery, family practice, pediatrics, and urgent care. He holds an M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University and a B.S. from the University of Michigan, and has served as a Guest Lecturer at CMU.
Eric is the Co-Founder and President of WoundCare Zone, where he has led the launch, growth, systems, and culture of the company. He is known for compassionate care and operational excellence.
